Staff and Services Offered
Holistic Home Health Care, Inc. and its team members will work shoulder to shoulder to provide care or coordinate multi-disciplinary care for you or your loved one at home. Please read through the descriptions below and know the different roles being fulfilled by our staff:
Your Attending Physician
Your physician has a critical role in the successful implementation of your Care Plan. The physician has the responsibility of coordinating different areas of care, authorizing/prescribing medications, facilitating treatment and other related aspects of your recovery or health management.
Home Health Aide
Home Health Aides are usually tasked with assistance in activities of daily living. They help with meal preparation, personal hygiene maintenance and mobility assistance, among others.
Personal Care Worker
At Holistic Home Health Care, Inc., we have Personal Care Workers who will assist clients who are elderly or disabled. We offer our support with day to day tasks, running errands, and housekeeping.
Nursing Staff
Nurses or Nursing Staff from Holistic Home Health Care, Inc. are assigned with specialized care for the patient. They perform skilled nursing services including but not limited to medication management, symptom management, wound care, health education for the patient, and nutritional guidance.
Director of Clinical Services
The Director of Clinical Services at Holistic Home Health Care, Inc. is in charge of monitoring the fulfillment of task assignments of our clinical staff.

What is home health care?

Non- skilled care generally refers to personal care and home-making services. Skilled nursing care typically refers to skilled or private duty nursing services. Individuals who are being discharged from a hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation center but still need additional care use home health.
